The clinical instructor implements the college's curriculum and philosophy through direct supervision and evaluation of nursing students in clinical settings. Responsibilities include planning clinical experiences, grading assignments, and providing documented feedback on student performance.
Candidates must possess a Master's Degree in Nursing and a valid professional nurse licensure in the state of practice. A minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience in a relevant clinical specialty is required.

Chamberlain is comprised of the College of Nursing and the College of Health Professions. The College of Nursing offers a three-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree program and flexible post-licensure programs, such as the RN to BSN option, Master of Science in Nursing degree program, Doctor of Nursing Practice degree program and graduate certificates. The College of Health Professions also offers the Master in Public Health, Master of Social Work and Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree programs.
We operate on a hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week (Monday–Thursday). This approach enhances creativity, innovation, communication, and relationship-building, fostering a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Chamberlain College of Nursing seeks Part Time Clinical Instructors interested in teaching students in our Bachelors of Science in Nursing program.
We are presently accepting applications for candidates who have interest in teaching in the following specialties:
Location- Los Angeles area
Date-Monday;Tuesday;Wednesday;Thursday;Friday;Saturday;Sunday
TIme- varying 8-12 hour shifts, days and nights
Adult Health (Medical-Surgical) Nursing- The focus of this course is on the needs of adult patients and their families in relation to health promotion and management of conditions that require acute and chronic care. The nursing process is used in the discussion of health alterations affecting selected life processes. Students continue their professional skill development as members of the health team.
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination may be required to teach at certain clinical partner sites

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $65 per hour. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
