The Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for building community relationships and processing loan applications. They also handle customer service, resolve client issues, and collect past due balances.
Applicants must have a high school diploma and at least one year of experience in customer service and consumer lending, collections, or sales. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills are required.
