About AMS HUB
In the AMS HUB Marketing team we are responsible for operating Coty’s Prestige portfolio of >20 fragrance, make-up and skincare brands in >40 markets across EMEA, through 20+ independent distributors, local affiliate team BENELUX and EComm pure players. We are a dynamic and international team of highly motivated marketeers and, together with our colleagues from the broader AMS HUB organization, we are shaping the future of our brands in markets with > 350 M consumers.
The team is based in Amsterdam.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Training
Oversee the education of beauty advisor application, creating content, managing schedules and resources to ensure timely completion of assigned projects
Be responsible for the monthly tracking of competition activities online & offline
Be responsible of the internal LMS (learning management system)
Channel communication with markets
Gather best practices across the region and lead the share and reapply
Supporting in design, delivery and animation of Regional training with markets
Support the internal trainings and help educate the company on innovations and launches
Help to plan and organize global seminars in Amsterdam or in the markets
Requirements
Currently studying a degree in the fields of Business/Management/Economics/Marketing/Project Management.
Full proficiency in English.
Skilled on Microsoft Office, especially with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Power Point.
Interest in the Beauty industry and eComm/Digital.
As an EU citizen you will need to be enrolled in a European university for the whole duration of the internship. For non-EU citizens, you will need to be enrolled in a Dutch university for the whole duration of this internship program.
