Responsible for the design and development of the ISO 9001 quality management system and leading the Quality team. The role combines strategic QM tasks with operational laboratory management, including audits, technical documentation, and batch releases.
Requires a degree in natural sciences (Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Food Chemistry) or a PhD, with professional experience in QM/QC and ISO audits. Proficiency in analytical methods like HPLC/GC and fluency in both German and English are essential.

Since our foundation in 2005, our business has focused on alternative preservatives for the natural cosmetics sector. We deliver consistent high quality and provide flexible service to all of our business partners – regardless of company size. Through our locations in Hamburg and Shanghai as well as worldwide international sales partners, we are in close personal contact with our customers to ensure their individual requirements are met. We act globally out of a local, familiar and dynamic atmosphere. Our team consists of experts in R&D, quality management, laboratory, regulatory and sales.
