The EOL Inspector serves as the final quality gate to ensure windows and doors meet corporate specifications and customer expectations. Responsibilities include performing detailed inspections, documenting defects, and providing real-time feedback to operations to prevent nonconforming products from shipping.
Candidates must have at least 3 months of experience as a Production Associate or Quality Technician within the company and pass a practical skills test. Requirements include strong visual acuity, the ability to make independent quality decisions, and a positive performance record.

The End-of-Line (EOL) Inspector serves as the final quality gate before finished windows and doors leave the facility. This role ensures all products meet corporate specifications, Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) criteria, and customer expectations. EOL Inspectors provide unbiased quality decisions, document results, prevent escapes, and support operations through real-time feedback.
