Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor (JD) and an active bar membership with over 10 years of experience in insurance services, TPA, or expert services. Expertise in professional liability, litigation management, and contract lifecycle management is required.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a mid-level attorney to provide legal partnership to our four sister companies across professional liability, litigation management, and risk mitigation. You will serve as the primary legal advisor to business and operational leaders, managing litigation, leading subpoena management, and response, managing external counsel, and ensuring alignment of process and practice across businesses. As we centralize legal partnership and support—transitioning from a decentralized, external model—this role will be pivotal in driving more consistency across the enterprise while also providing a governance and oversight function.
Your expertise will directly impact business continuity, risk management, and market reputation and relationships, while your collaborative, solutions-oriented approach will empower our teams to move efficiently through complex legal matters.
