The Producer is responsible for driving sales growth by acquiring new business and managing existing client relationships within an assigned territory. Key duties include negotiating policy terms, analyzing client risks, and collaborating with customer service representatives to ensure client satisfaction.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of insurance experience, a high school diploma, and an active Property & Casualty (P&C) license. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with specific insurance lines like General Liability and Workers' Compensation are required.

The Producer plays a key role in driving sales growth by acquiring new business and managing client relationships. This position is responsible for increasing market penetration within an assigned territory while retaining and strengthening existing client accounts. Success in this role requires a strong focus on business development, account management, profitability, and customer retention.
The Producer must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to review and adjust coverage options and pricing as market conditions evolve. Building trust with clients and providing tailored insurance solutions are essential to long-term success in this role.
