As our Quality Assurance Technician, you’ll play a critical role in preparing ATM and cash automation equipment for deployment by inspecting, configuring, testing, customizing, and validating equipment prior to shipment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technical work, takes pride in accuracy, and is committed to delivering a high-quality finished product every time.
Key Responsibilities
Receiving, Inventory, & Staging
Receive, inspect, label, and document incoming ATM and cash automation equipment
Organize, log, and stage units accurately within warehouse inventory locations
Prioritize and stage equipment to support installation schedules and on-time shipments
QA/QC Planning & Execution
Coordinate daily QA/QC workflow to support project timelines and shipment deadlines
Configure, test, and validate equipment to ensure operational readiness and accurate system setup
Conduct final inspections and complete required QA/QC documentation prior to release
Customization & Final Assembly
Complete customer-specific customizations, locks, wraps, and equipment modifications
Pack units with all required accessories, add-ons, and supporting documentation
Perform final quality checks to confirm completeness, accuracy, and shipment readiness
Shipping & Documentation
Prepare equipment for shipment with proper packaging and protective materials
Create and maintain shipping manifests and shipment documentation
Ensure all equipment is staged, released, and shipped according to established procedures
Maintenance, Support, & Continuous Improvement
Perform minor repairs, troubleshooting, and retesting prior to shipment as needed
Support Cencon lock system processes and maintain accurate QA/QC documentation
Maintain a clean, safe work environment while identifying opportunities for process improvement
Equipment Handling & Field Support
Load, unload, move, and stage equipment safely using manual and motorized equipment
Transport parts and materials to technicians to support project timelines
Assist with lock and key inventory management and system maintenance
Required Education & Experience
High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certifications preferred
1+ years of experience in quality assurance, warehouse operations, equipment configuration, assembly, or related technical work preferred
Experience working with hardware, electronics, ATM equipment, or technical systems is a plus
Ability to read and follow technical procedures, documentation, and configuration instructions
Comfortable using computer systems, inventory software, and documentation tools
Ability to lift and move equipment safely in a warehouse environment

Physical Requirements
This position is required to work Monday – Friday with the potential of overtime work during the week and on the weekend.
