Set up and operate advanced multi-axis CNC machinery to produce close-tolerance precision medical device parts. Responsibilities include verifying new set-ups, performing in-process inspections, and providing technical training to junior employees.
Requires 2-4 years of experience operating advanced CNC equipment such as Swiss machines or lathes with live tooling. Candidates must be able to interpret G and M codes and pass a Senior Machinist Assessment.
As a Senior Machinist, you will have the opportunity to utilize mills, lathes, mill-turns, and Swiss machines (among others) to produce close-tolerance parts for our medical products. A major area of responsibility for this role will be the set-up and operation of a variety of production machinery to produce close-tolerance precision medical device parts, with an emphasis on verifying and validating new set-ups for production and first piece runs.
