Confirmo is a stablecoin payment infrastructure trusted by market leaders. Founded over a decade ago by crypto natives, we're one of the first crypto payment processors in the world and have built one of the most established infrastructures in the industry. Over the past 4 years, we have been growing exponentially (130+%) and expanding across the U.S., Middle East, and Europe. As part of our continued growth, we are now expanding our sales team in Ireland.

Our regulatory standing is central to the trust we’ve developed. In 2025, Confirmo Limited (part of the Confirmo Group) was authorised under the EU's Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) framework by the Central Bank of Ireland as a Crypto-Asset Service Provider. In March 2026, Confirmo Limited was further authorised as a Payment Institution under the Payment Services Regulations 2018. This makes us one of the few dual-licensed companies in the European market, and we see our regulatory strength as a commercial enabler. We're a 60+ person global team, and this is a rare opportunity to join an established, growing business in the stablecoin payment ecosystem as we expand our EU base from Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the full sales cycle - manage every stage of the sales process, from initial outreach and discovery through to close, delivering a consultative, high-quality buyer experience that reflects Confirmo's values and product positioning.

• Contribute to Confirmo's EU expansion - serve as the company's first Ireland-based Account Executive, owning end-to-end pipeline generation through self-sourced outreach across the EU.

• Build and own your pipeline - proactively identify and engage new business opportunities across key European verticals, leveraging dedicated AI tools and company training on AI BDR agents to develop a robust and self-generated pipeline.

• Represent Confirmo across Europe - attend and actively contribute to EU focussed industry events, conferences, and networking forums, acting as the face of the brand and converting presence into qualified opportunities.

• Collaborate cross-functionally - partner closely with both Confirmo Limited and Group teams, including marketing, product, and leadership to feed market intelligence back into the business, helping shape messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for the EU region.

Your Profile:

• 3+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience - a proven track record of owning the entire sales process from discovery and qualification through negotiation and close, with consistent quota attainment.

• Payments background is a plus- demonstrated experience selling into or working within payments, financial services, or the broader FinTech ecosystem is a plus

• Understanding crypto and stablecoins is a plus

• Self-sufficient pipeline builder - a history of operating as a hunter in a true outbound capacity, generating the majority of your own pipeline without relying on inbound leads or BDR support.

• Entrepreneurial mindset - prior experience as an early or first sales hire at a startup or scale-up is highly desirable; comfortable building process and playbooks from scratch in fast-moving environments.

• Language- fluency in English required.

• Minimum Competency Code (MCC) - this role falls within the scope of the Central Bank of Ireland's Minimum Competency Code and its associated Continuing Professional Development requirements. This role may be also subject to the Central Bank of Ireland's Fitness and Probity regime and related due diligence requirements.

Location: This role is based in Ireland, supporting our EU customer base and working closely with our global team.
