Act as the primary on-site liaison for residents and strata council while overseeing day-to-day building operations. Supervise on-site staff and coordinate with contractors to ensure high service and safety standards.
Requires demonstrated experience in leadership, staff management, and professional communication with stakeholders. A solid understanding of strata operations and residential security protocols is essential.
