We are looking for a detail-driven Senior Analyst, Total Rewards, who enjoys a hands‑on role focused on compensation programs. In this role, you will support the delivery of total rewards programs with a focus on the administration and execution of the compensation cycle, sales incentive payouts, and market surveys. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience working with data and processes. This position is located at our downtown Toronto office (minimum 3 days per week in-office) and will support multiple site locations in Canada.
Reporting to the Manager, Compensation, you will play an important role in bringing total rewards programs to life for employees. This role is ideal if you are passionate and curious about data, enjoy engaging with employees, and eager to build depth and expertise in compensation and total rewards.
