The Senior Integrations Manager will lead the end-to-end transition and integration of acquired insurance portfolios and entities from deal completion to business-as-usual. They will also support pre-deal operational due diligence and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure integration milestones are met.
Candidates must have proven experience in complex integration and transition programmes within an M&A environment, specifically within the (re)insurance or financial services sectors. Strong stakeholder management skills and a deep understanding of insurance operations are essential for this role.
