The Operations Manager assists in directing and overseeing support services, including coordinating frontline associates and serving as a liaison between administration and departments. Responsibilities include establishing work procedures, managing staffing schedules, conducting facility inspections, and overseeing outside service vendors.
Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience in support services, housekeeping, or facilities maintenance, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills are required, while a bachelor's degree is preferred.

Summary: As an Operations Manager, you are responsible for assisting in directing and overseeing the support services operational needs of the department.
