The Maintenance Worker is responsible for the upkeep of multiple residential group homes, including painting and sheetrock work. Duties also include maintaining facility grounds, assembling furniture, and performing safety checks.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid NYS driver's license, and their own basic tools. At least one year of experience in the maintenance field and the ability to lift 50 lbs are required.
