The Residential Counselor provides a safe, nurturing environment for youth by offering guidance, counseling, and support to ensure behavioral stabilization. They are also responsible for performing intake assessments, planning meals, and maintaining accurate documentation of participant progress.
Candidates must be at least 21 years of age and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Applicants must have at least six months of experience working with vulnerable populations or be currently enrolled in relevant college coursework.
