About The Role:
We are seeking a super-talented Business Development Representative to join our Spryng team in the Netherlands.
As a Business Development Representative, you will be the engine of our commercial growth in the Dutch market. We're looking for someone who is passionate about actively seeking out new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the Netherlands.
You will be at the forefront of our new business development efforts, responsible for identifying, qualifying, and creating a pipeline of potential new customers. Your success will directly contribute to our New Business team's targets and the overall expansion of our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Autonomous Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively research and identify new potential clients and key decision-makers within the Dutch market. Develop and implement effective strategies for lead generation with a focus on cold outreach, networking, and leveraging existing contacts, complemented by occasional face-to-face client visits to build strong, lasting relationships.
Outreach & Engagement: Execute high-volume, multi-channel outreach campaigns including cold calling, email, and social selling to connect with prospects, leveraging a modern tech stack that includes Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Amplemarket.
Inbound Lead Management: Qualify and engage with the most promising inbound leads, ensuring a prompt and effective follow-up to convert them into opportunities.
Lead Qualification & Discovery: Conduct discovery calls to assess prospect needs, determine their interest, and qualify them as a genuine sales opportunity.
Meeting Management & Sales Cycle Execution: Independently conduct and manage the majority of client meetings and product demonstrations. For larger, high-value, or complex opportunities, collaborate and co-host meetings alongside the Business Development Manager (BDM) or the Country Manager (CM). Assist in navigating sales cycles from initial contact to opportunity creation.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with new prospects, understanding their needs and positioning our solutions effectively.
CRM System Mastery: Accurately log all sales activities, update client information, manage your pipeline, and generate insightful reports using our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Collaboration: Thrive in a highly collaborative, global environment. You will regularly work cross-functionally with international colleagues from BDMs to Marketing and Customer Success to continually sharpen your outreach strategy and ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.
Performance Tracking & Revenue Growth: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for meetings booked and pipeline generated, contributing significantly to the company's financial objectives.
