Support package and service offices while providing after-hours oversight and emergency response for residents. Coordinate monthly community events and collaborate with staff to ensure resident satisfaction and well-being.
Applicants must reside in The Amy community and possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Experience in customer service, residence life, or property management is preferred but not required.
Community Assistant Overview
As a Community Assistant, a major aspect of this role is supporting our package and service offices for residents as well as providing after-hours oversight and response. This role supports the student services function of the organization, providing opportunities for community engagement, intentional programming, satisfaction, and the well-being of the building.
Hours: 10-29 hours per week, depending on the team schedule
