The Administrative Assistant will provide support to attorneys and staff while serving as the primary point of contact for clients. Responsibilities include managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining case management records.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be fluent in Spanish or French. Proficiency in Google Workspace and strong interpersonal skills are required, with prior law firm experience considered a plus.
