The Housing Specialist manages housing program integrity by ensuring compliance with HUD regulations and maintaining accurate housing files. They also provide direct support to program participants by conducting orientations, inspections, and resolving conflicts between stakeholders.
The role requires a bachelor's degree in a social service-related field or equivalent experience, with a preference for HUD housing program administration. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass background investigations.

The Housing Specialist is responsible for collaboratively addressing the housing stability needs of program participants and ensuring housing program integrity. This will include working with other CCH staff members and outside agencies to ensure (1) ongoing housing stability of program participants (2) HUD housing program compliance that includes the management of housing files and databases.
