These roles are designed for engineers at different stages of their careers, with increasing expectations for technical independence, problem-solving, solution design, mentorship, and project leadership.

Software Engineer I | Builds core technical skills while developing, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining application components with support from experienced engineers. |
Software Engineer II | Takes on more independent development work, designs and delivers application features, resolves technical issues, and contributes meaningfully to project success. |
Senior Software Engineer | Leads complex engineering work, shapes technical design decisions, mentors other engineers, and helps deliver scalable, secure, high-quality solutions. |
All roles are based in our Scottsdale, Arizona office and follow a hybrid schedule of four days in the office and one day remote each week. Candidates should be able to collaborate effectively with local and cross-functional teams.
