We're currently looking for a
Junior Credit Control Specialist to oversee the Accounts Receivable function, ensuring efficient management of company receivables. You’ll refine credit policies, and collaborate closely with clients to optimize cash flow while mitigating risk.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop & Enforce Credit Control Policies– Improve and implement strategies to ensure efficient receivables management.
- Monitor & Manage Outstanding Balances– Ensure timely payments and proactively address overdue accounts.
- Credit Risk Analysis– Evaluate customer solvency using financial statements and rating agency data to determine appropriate credit terms.
- Client Dispute Resolution & Negotiation– Work closely with clients to resolve disputes and establish favorable payment terms.
- Reporting & Analysis– Provide regular updates on debtors, aged debt, and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
- Internal Coordination– Work with internal departments to resolve billing and invoicing issues efficiently.
What We're Looking For: - Background in Finance or Accounting – Relevant qualifications preferred.
- Proven Credit Control Experience 1 – 3 years in a similar role.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and work well under pressure.
- Proficient in Excel & ideally advanced in BI Tools
- Fluent in English – Additional languages are a plus!
- Thrives in a Dynamic Environment – Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural team.
