VOTRE RÔLE
Le/la Spécialiste principal(e) régional(e) CRM est la personne responsable et imputable de l’adoption de la feuille de route CRM, de la gouvernance et de la gestion du changement au sein de la région Europe, en soutien à la transformation CRM de CEVA Logistics. Le poste est consacré à 100 % au CRM et relève directement du/de la Responsable régional(e) de l’excellence commerciale, avec un lien fonctionnel avec le/la Gestionnaire de l’équipe CRM globale.
Le programme C‑View Boost a fait évoluer le CRM vers un mode de livraison continue, en élargissant son périmètre, qui est passé des mises à jour et améliorations liées aux produits et à l’expérience utilisateur aux capacités d’analytique CRM, aux cas d’utilisation de l’IA, à la gestion de la performance commerciale (SPM) ainsi qu’à la transformation du modèle de données et de la hiérarchie, conformément à la convergence des systèmes informatiques (MDM/OneTMS/CDP).

YOUR ROLE
The Regional CRM Senior Specialist is the single accountable owner for CRM roadmap adoption, governance, and change delivery within the Europe region, supporting CEVA Logistics’ CRM transformation. The role is 100% dedicated to CRM and reports directly to the Regional Sales Excellence Responsible and functionally to the Global CRM Team Manager.
C‑View Boost program has moved CRM into continuous delivery mode, expanding scope from product, UX driven updates and improvement to CRM Analytics capacities, AI use cases, Sales Performance Management (SPM), and data model/hierarchy transformation in accordance with IT systems convergence (MDM/OneTMS/CDP).
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Own CRM adoption, training, and change management across the region
• Is the direct interface to the global CRM Team and regionally mandated by RSE to drive CRM within the region
• Enforce CRM standards, governance, and data quality discipline
• Act as regional interface between Global CRM, Regional Sales Effectiveness, and Sales teams
• Lead regional rollout of CRM releases
• Design and deploy regional dashboards, reports, and processes
• Identify risks, raise escalations, and advise on regional readiness for upcoming releases
• Eliminate parallel tools and ensure CRM is the single source of truth
