YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Professional to provide advanced administrative and operational support to a Project Director leading a large-scale, complex event. This role operates in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment and requires strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.
The ideal candidate is a trusted partner who can anticipate needs, streamline operations, and ensure seamless coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders.
