ClearGrid is looking for a driven, detail-oriented AI Prompt Engineer Intern to join our team in Dubai for a 6-month, fully on-site internship. In this role, you will be deeply immersed in the world of Voice AI LLMs, writing, testing, and refining the prompt architectures that power high-stakes voice interactions.

Voice AI Prompt Writing: Design, test, and optimize conversational prompt scripts specifically tailored for real-time Voice AI applications.
Client-Specific Adaptations: Develop tailored prompt systems and persona frameworks across a diverse portfolio of client accounts and industries.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with engineering teams, product managers, and external client stakeholders to continuously improve conversational accuracy and tone.
Iterative Evaluation: Analyze edge cases, user responses, and latency factors to continuously refine prompt performance and eliminate hallucinations.
Strong grasp of Large Language Models (LLMs) and the principles of prompt engineering.
Keen interest in Voice AI, conversational design, and natural language processing.
Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to nuance, tone, and logic.
Ability to manage shifting priorities and collaborate effectively across multiple projects in a dynamic startup setting.
Availability to work fully on-site at our Dubai office during standard business hours.
Fluent Hindi/Urdu speakers preferred.
Direct, hands-on experience building production-grade Voice AI systems.
