The Shipping & Receiving Lead coordinates the movement of inbound materials and outbound finished goods while providing daily direction to the team. They are responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, managing dock and yard activity, and ensuring all shipping documentation is completed correctly.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and 2-3 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or manufacturing. Proficiency in forklift operation and computer skills, specifically Google Workspace and ERP/WMS systems, is required.

$25-26 / hr plus shift differential ($2/hr Monday and Tuesday; $3/hr Wednesday and Sunday)
