The Case Aide will supervise family visits, transport family members, and assist social workers with case file management and electronic filing. They will also track drug screening results and provide administrative support across various department divisions.
Candidates must possess an associate degree or technical certification with 1-3 years of experience, or 3-5 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree. A valid driver's license and successful completion of a background investigation are mandatory.
