• Review business requirements and design documents to develop comprehensive test plans and test cases. 
  
• Execute manual test cases as required to validate product functionality and quality.
  
• Create, execute, and monitor automated test scripts where applicable.
  
• Coordinate with squad members to gather the necessary information and improve testing effectiveness.
  
• Work with customer representatives to collect feedback and enhance test coverage.
  
• Document all identified issues with sufficient detail and prepare test reports as required.
  
• Create and execute functional and non-functional tests based on project needs.
  
• Prepare representative test data and configure test environments when needed.
  

Requirements

• Degree or background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  
• Minimum 2 years of experience in software testing, especially automation testing.
  
• Experience with automated testing tools and ability to build automation frameworks for both API and UI testing .
  
• Experience in performance testing and ability to define performance testing strategies.
  
• Good understanding of testing processes, testing techniques, test types, and bug management.
  
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks/tools such as Selenium, Appium, Flutter, Go, Java, and JMeter .
  
• Proficient in using tools such as Jira, Confluence/Wiki, SVN/GitHub, SpiraTeam, TestLink, or equivalent tools.
  
• Strong logical thinking and ability to work with complex algorithms.
  
• Knowledge of scripting for test data creation.
  
• Proactive mindset and willingness to seek development opportunities.
  
• Good problem-solving, collaboration, communication, and teamwork skills.
  

Extra Cool If You Have:

• Experience in the fintech, banking, or payments industry.
  
• Experience with performance and security testing.
  
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS.
  
• A genuine interest in the latest trends in fintech and mobile technology
