The Advancement Director leads and expands fundraising efforts to support the organization's mission and long-term sustainability. This includes cultivating relationships with donors and corporate partners while managing data-informed fundraising operations.
Requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years of professional fundraising experience. Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree, CFRE credential, and experience with major gifts and staff supervision.

Position Summary:
The Advancement Director is a strategic, relationship-driven fundraising professional who will lead and expand the organization's development efforts. The Advancement Director will be responsible for leading and implementing fundraising strategies that support CYC's mission, programs, and long-term sustainability.

Work Environment & Schedule:
This is a full-time, exempt position, working Monday through Friday during regular business hours. Flexibility is required to attend occasional early morning, evening, and weekend meetings, fundraising events, and community engagements. Local travel is expected. The position may offer limited flexibility for a hybrid work schedule after successfully completing a 90-day introductory period.

Cincinnati Youth Collaborative (CYC) is on a mission to empower young people to overcome obstacles and excel in education, career and life. CYC is unique because we work directly with local school districts to identify the students who can most benefit from CYC's services, in addition to facilitating strong relationships between teachers, families, mentors and students. The breadth of services we offer ensure that each student finds the support he or she needs. Mentoring is available in the traditional one-to-one model or through group mentoring arranged through a business or volunteer community. College and career preparation is comprehensive, with CYC providing a credited course that teaches professional job skills, and college readiness advisors who offer in-depth college and career preparation.
