The Business Development Associate will drive growth by generating leads, managing the full sales cycle, and pitching services to executive-level clients. They will also collaborate with practice leads to design tailored solutions and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Candidates must have 5-8 years of experience in consultative selling or B2B marketing, along with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Proven ability to pitch to C-suite audiences and excellent command of English and Arabic are essential.
