The Associate, Quality Assurance Engineering is responsible for developing and maintaining quality control systems and inspection protocols to ensure product precision. They will also conduct quality assurance tests, perform root cause analysis, and provide troubleshooting support for laboratory equipment and systems.
Candidates must hold a degree in Science or a related field and possess at least one year of experience in a testing laboratory. Proficiency in GxP-regulated environments and experience with equipment and method qualification are required.

This role is part of Alcon's Quality Assurance function, responsible to provide technical support for laboratory equipment/ system/methods which including qualification, troubleshooting and improvement activities.
Job responsibilities:
Minimum requirement:
- Education: Degree holder in Science or related fields
- minimum 1 year working experience in testing laboratory, preferable in GxP regulated environment with equipment and method qualification experience
- Skills: Knowledge and skills in handling laboratory equipment/systems especially those with computerized systems. Good project management skills.
