Principales Responsabilidades y Funciones
Administrar el portafolio de partners y/o negocios digitales, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos comerciales, la satisfacción y el desarrollo de relaciones a largo plazo.
Facilitar la colaboración entre áreas expertas (producto, tecnología, operaciones, marketing, legal, etc.), alineando prioridades y desarrollando capacidades necesarias para el crecimiento del partner.
Diseñar, implementar y optimizar estrategias de distribución, crecimiento y adopción de productos en canales digitales, asegurando la integración eficiente en los ecosistemas del partner.
Coordinar proyectos multidisciplinarios bajo metodologías que garanticen el cumplimiento de acuerdos y eficienticen el desarrollo, gestionando el backlog, priorizando iniciativas y garantizando la entrega de valor incremental.
Recopilar y traducir necesidades del partner en historias de usuario y requerimientos funcionales/técnicos claros, facilitando la comunicación entre negocio y tecnología.
Comprender los principios de arquitectura digital (APIs, microservicios, integraciones, seguridad, escalabilidad), asegurando la viabilidad técnica y la correcta integración de productos.
Analizar y mejorar los funnels de conversión y la experiencia del usuario, con el soporte de los expertos, identificando oportunidades de optimización y crecimiento basadas en datos.
Identificar oportunidades de negocio, negociar acuerdos y persuadir al partner para la adopción de nuevas estrategias, productos o funcionalidades.
Analizar y reportar indicadores clave de desempeño, presentando resultados y recomendaciones a la dirección y al partner.
Brindar soporte y capacitación a los equipos del partner para asegurar el correcto entendimiento y uso de los productos y servicios.
