Requires 2-4 years of experience in equipment service or technical sales, preferably within the coffee or foodservice industry. Candidates must have a high school diploma and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

This role owns preventative maintenance, equipment installations, and calibrations while serving as the eyes and ears of the sales organization. By maintaining a close relationship with each account, the Coffee Specialist identifies unmet needs and new volume opportunities, funneling qualified leads to Territory Managers to close. This role is a critical bridge between service excellence and revenue growth.
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred

The salary range for this full-time position is $60,500.00 - $95,700.00, + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
