The Executive Chef will lead daily culinary operations, ensuring food quality, consistency, and profitability while managing the culinary team. They are responsible for menu development, inventory control, staff training, and maintaining high standards of health and safety.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a fast-paced, sophisticated-casual environment. Strong leadership, financial acumen, and a hands-on approach to team management and operational excellence are required.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial minded Executive Chef to lead the day-to-day culinary operations of our DC location. Reporting to the General Manager, the Executive Chef will have excellent people leadership skills to guide our culinary team, ensuring exceptional food quality and consistency while optimizing profitability.
