Role Overview

The Contract Recruiter will independently own and manage the full recruiting lifecycle for assigned roles during a six-month engagement, supporting positions across sales, product management, engineering, and related technical and business functions. This includes requisition intake and hiring strategy, sourcing, candidate screening and assessment, interview management, offer development and negotiation, candidate closing, and pipeline reporting.

This hands-on role requires regular onsite presence at Chase Corporation’s Westwood, MA headquarters to partner closely with hiring managers, support candidate interviews, manage recruiting operations, and collaborate with the HR team. The successful candidate will bring strong recruiting judgment, sourcing capability, communication skills, organization, and the ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.
