Maintain and repair production equipment to ensure reliable and efficient operations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical systems, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting equipment installations.
Requires 1-3 years of plastic extrusion experience and strong technical/mechanical aptitude. Candidates must be physically able to stand for 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 lbs.

The Role
You will maintain and repair production equipment to ensure reliable, efficient operations. In this hands-on role, you’ll troubleshoot mechanical systems, perform preventive maintenance, complete roll changes, and support equipment installations—all while upholding safety standards, maintaining accurate documentation, and contributing to a clean, well-organized facility.
Schedule: Work only 15 days per month with our unique rotating 4 day schedule
