The Beauty Expert is responsible for providing world-class artistry and exceptional customer experiences on the shop floor to empower customers. They must achieve and exceed KPIs while building lasting emotional connections and maintaining brand ambassador standards.
Ideally, candidates should possess an NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy and have experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced retail or beauty environment. Proficiency in applying makeup and the ability to adapt styles to diverse customer needs are highly desired.
