The Manager of Business Attraction & Expansion will report directly to the Director of Business Attraction & Expansion.

  • Develop and maintain professional business relationships with clients, brokers, consultants, and other partners regionally, nationally, and internationally through personal contact and participation in industry related events and activities.
  • Track and report on project activity including interactions with businesses, government employees, chamber members, civic leaders, and other related stakeholders.
  • Manage the execution of conferences and trade shows, including outreach to new business attraction and expansion prospects, coordinating marketing materials and social media posts, and engaging members and local stakeholders, while exploring new ideas to maximize ROI.
  • Support regional marketing efforts by working with Marketing, Research, and Talent teams to provide input on marketing/communications assets and making presentations for events, delegations, and gatherings.
  • Serve as a representative of the Partnership at government, civic, and community events.
  • Coordinate business attraction, expansion and retention opportunities with local stakeholders and Partnership Investors to drive engagement and improve Partnership outcomes.
  • Contribute to the Partnership's mission through information sharing and collaboration, in service of achieving the organization’s goals.
  • Complete other duties and projects assigned to support the attraction, expansion and retention of companies.
