  • Assist with ongoing maintenance and updates to existing educational content.

Project Coordination

  • Manage multiple instructional design projects while balancing priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Partner with volunteers, subject matter experts, vendors, and internal stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Maintain project documentation and assist with reporting related to educational initiatives and program performance.

Preferred

Candidates are encouraged to include a portfolio or work samples showcasing instructional design projects, online learning development, multimedia production, or course creation experience.

  • Annual performance-based bonus opportunity.
  • Medical and dental insurance with 80% employer-paid coverage.
  • Vision insurance.
  • 401(k) plan with a 5% employer match.
  • Company-paid Life and AD&D insurance (2x annual salary up to $250,000).
