The role involves loading and unloading trucks, picking and packing customer orders, and operating forklifts safely. The associate is also responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy and keeping the warehouse clean and organized.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and previous experience in warehouse and forklift operations. Physical ability to lift up to 70 pounds and a strong work ethic are essential.
As a Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator, you'll help ensure products are received, stored, picked, packed, and shipped safely and accurately. Your work plays an important role in serving our customers while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
This is a physically active position requiring frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, squatting, climbing, and lifting throughout the workday. Team members must be able to safely lift, push, or pull up to 70 pounds and participate in team lifts of up to 100 pounds when required.
Work is performed in an active warehouse environment with changing temperatures, warehouse equipment, moderate noise, and light dust. Safety is our top priority, and all team members are expected to follow established safety procedures.
