We are seeking a skilled and strategic Information Security Analyst to support Periodic Access Certifications and strengthen the quality, compliance, and integrity of identity, application, and entitlement data across the organization. This role plays a key part in our IAM strategy, ensuring access controls meet internal policy and external regulatory standards.
In this role, you will:
- Support Periodic System Access Certifications in compliance with internal policy and external standards including SOX, SOC1, SOC2, HITRUST, PCI-DSS, and statutory audits
- Ensure identity, application, and entitlement data used in periodic access reviews is complete, accurate, and policy-compliant
- Partner with internal and external IAM stakeholders to analyze and improve Identity Management System data
- Maintain standard templates to ensure consistency across audit processes and work with IT/business teams to resolve data gaps
- Champion best practices in Centralized Access Provisioning/Termination, Modern Authentication, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and Periodic Access Certifications
- Participate in Agile ceremonies to support project alignment and delivery
Provide on-the-job training to peers on new processes and tools
Track progress on projects and KPIs, reporting status to leadership regularly
