The Supervisor leads daily contact center operations and manages Benefits Specialists to ensure service, quality, and productivity objectives are met. They are responsible for resolving escalated member issues, coaching staff, and overseeing workflow coordination to maintain operational efficiency.
Candidates must have a college degree or equivalent professional experience in customer service, operations, or healthcare administration. Strong knowledge of contact center metrics, performance management, and the ability to interpret departmental policies are required.

Central States Southeast and Southwest Areas Pension Fund was founded in 1955 and has blazed a trail to retirement security. Paying over $90 billion in lifetime pension benefits for 690,000 retirees and beneficiaries to-date and has revolutionized the pension world of American workers.
Position SummaryThe Supervisor, Operations leads daily CustomerCare Center contact center operations and supervises Benefits Specialists and Teamleaders to achieve service, quality, productivity, compliance, and member experience objectives. Oversees contact center workflow coordination, issue resolution, employee coaching, and performance management while promoting consistent application of departmental procedures and organizational policies. Exercises day-to-day authority over workflow prioritization, staffing coordination, issue resolution, and operational performance. Serves as a resource for escalated member issues and collaborates with leadership to support service delivery, workforce effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Annual Salary Range: $74,000 to $85,000(The posted range of pay represents the anticipated pay scale for this position. Final pay will be determined based on a variety of job-related factors, including, but not limited to, skills, experience, education, certifications, internal equity, and organizational needs.)
