The operator is responsible for managing plant production operations and performing maintenance and repairs on fixed facility equipment. They must also ensure safety compliance, conduct preventative maintenance, and assist with yard loading as needed.
Candidates must have at least two years of experience in operating and maintaining an aggregate facility and possess a high school diploma or GED. Proficiency in welding and cutting, along with a core understanding of plant machinery like conveyor belts and shaker screens, is highly preferred.
