You will provide 1st to 3rd level support for Microsoft Fabric solutions, ensuring the stability and performance of data platforms. Additionally, you will analyze and resolve technical incidents while collaborating with project teams to transition solutions into operations.
Candidates should have a degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in BI/data platform support. Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric, SQL, and data architecture is required, along with strong analytical and communication skills.

Nach deiner individuellen Einarbeitung übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle in der Betreuung unserer Datenplattformen und Kundenlösungen:
Unterstützung unserer Kund:innen und internen Teams im 1st-, 2nd-, 3rd-Level-Support für Microsoft Fabric Lösungen
Analyse, Klassifikation und Behebung von technischen und fachlichen Incidents sowie Service Requests
Sicherstellung eines stabilen Betriebs von Analytics- und Datenplattformen auf Basis von Microsoft Fabric
Monitoring, Fehleranalyse und Performance-Optimierung von Datenpipelines, Reports und Datenmodellen
Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung bestehender Lösungen (z. B. Anpassungen an Datenmodelle, Reports, Datenflüsse)
Dokumentation von Lösungen, Prozessen und Best Practices
Mitarbeit bei der Einführung neuer Features und Updates innerhalb der Fabric-Plattform
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektteams bei der Übergabe von Lösungen in den Betrieb
Unterstützung im Aufbau von Supportstrukturen und Serviceprozessen (z. B. ITIL-orientiert)
Optional: Mitwirkung an kleineren Weiterentwicklungsprojekten oder Kundenberatungen
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT‑Bereich oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit IT-Schwerpunkt oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
Erste bis mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Support, Betrieb oder Entwicklung von BI-/Datenplattformen
Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Fabric und/oder angrenzenden Technologien (Power BI, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Data Lake)
Verständnis für Datenarchitekturen, ETL/ELT-Prozesse und Datenmodellierung
Sicherer Umgang mit SQL, idealerweise ergänzt durch Kenntnisse in DAX, Python oder Spark
Analytische Denkweise sowie strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Spaß an der Arbeit im Support, im direkten Austausch mit Kund:innen und internen Stakeholdern
Hohe Serviceorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
