Requires an Associate's degree in business and a minimum of two years of recruiting experience. A Bachelor's degree in business and prior sales experience are preferred.

Summary/ObjectiveProfessionally represent Cellular Sales to prospective candidates. Source resumes, interview applicants by telephone, email, in person, or by other means for the purpose of filling open sales positions or to build a bench of approved candidates. Schedule and structure interviews, document responses and record in applicant tracking system. Assist candidates and other interviewers with the process.
Supervisory ResponsibilityThis position may have supervisory responsibilities.

AS Degree in business is required; BS Degree is a Business field is preferred. Requires a minimum of two years of recruiting experience.
Sales experience is preferred in addition to the requirements above.
