The Administrative Assistant will perform routine clerical tasks such as data entry, file maintenance, and report preparation. They will also support management by coordinating with departments and vendors to ensure facility projects are completed efficiently.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Windows. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work from the office daily are required.
Summary/ObjectivePerform routine clerical and administrative functions such as data entry and analysis, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, and providing information to management and supervisors.
Supervisory ResponsibilityThis position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position Monday through Friday.
