The Network Operations Coordinator provides Level 3 technical support for GPON and Managed WiFi networks to ensure service continuity. They are responsible for resolving escalated incidents, configuring network infrastructure, and performing root cause analysis.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Telecommunications or a related field and possess 4–6+ years of network operations experience. Strong technical proficiency in Layer 2/3 troubleshooting, switching, routing, and wireless technologies is required.

The Network Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing Level 3 technical support for GPON (FTTU) and Managed WiFi networks, ensuring network stability, performance, and service continuity through effective troubleshooting and optimization.
Provide Level 3 support for GPON (FTTU) and Managed WiFi services.
Resolve escalated incidents from the Service Desk.
Configure and maintain switches, routers, and wireless infrastructure.
Support IGMP, multicast, and VLAN configurations.
Perform root cause analysis and implement network performance improvements.
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field.
4–6+ years of experience in Network Operations.
Hands-on experience with GPON networks and Managed WiFi environments.
Strong Layer 2/Layer 3 troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of switching, routing, wireless technologies, IGMP, multicast, and VLANs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
