Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $96.82 – $105.06 per visit.

What you will need to be successful
You are registered as a member in good standing with the College of Dietitians of Ontario
Familiarity with tube feeds would be considered an asset
Your focus is to embrace person and family-centered care
You are passionate, empathetic, use good judgement and apply critical thinking when making client decisions
You are known for your excellent communication skills and ability to work in collaboration within an interdisciplinary team as well as work independently
You value the role a dietitian plays in keeping clients at home when that is of personal importance
You have the ability to travel within community as part of the CBI Health Home Health Services team
Your bilingual language skills in English and French are an asset
