Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $74.52 – $85.63 per visit.

Bring mobility and recovery home. As a PT in our Integrated Care Program, you’ll help patients rebuild strength and function after hospitalization, reducing readmissions and improving outcomes through hands-on, community-based care.
