We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Coach to support the successful delivery of Regrello platform initiatives by driving Agile best practices, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and enabling high-performing delivery teams. This role will work closely with Product Owners, Technical Leads, Engineers, QA teams, UX Designers, and business stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of workflow orchestration and business process automation solutions.
The Scrum Master / Agile Coach will champion Agile methodologies, remove delivery impediments, improve team performance, and foster continuous improvement across Regrello implementation teams.
Regrello is a workflow orchestration platform designed to coordinate people, systems, processes, and documents across complex business operations, making Agile delivery and cross-functional collaboration critical to successful implementations.

Experience supporting enterprise workflow platforms such as Regrello is highly desirable.
A successful Regrello Scrum Master / Agile Coach is a servant leader who combines strong Agile coaching expertise with enterprise delivery experience. They excel at facilitating collaboration across Product Management, Engineering, QA, UX, and business teams while ensuring Regrello implementations are delivered efficiently, predictably, and in alignment with organizational goals. Experience supporting workflow automation, digital transformation, manufacturing, or supply chain initiatives is highly desirable given Regrello's focus on orchestrating complex enterprise processes.
